Salman Khan wanted Asin to act like Madhuri Dixit!

Asin will look, talk, and dance like Madhuri Dixit of Hum Aapke Hain Kaun in her upcoming film Ready, and it was Salman Khan who wanted her to do a Madhuri in the film. Salman seems to be a big fan of his Hum Aapke Hain Kaun co-star Madhuri Dixit. It’s learnt that Salman feels that the Mads of HAHK is the ideal woman, the kind he’d like to take home to his mother. Take notice girls! So it was Salman’s idea to incorporate Madhuri’s adayein in Asin’s character for Ready. Director Anees Bazmee also didn’t deny the fact that Asin’s character in Ready has a resemblance to Madhuri Dixit of Hum Aapke Hai Kaun. Asin’s character, costumes, and even the choreography are inspired from Madhuri in HAHK, reveals the director. Confirming the news, Asin is quoted as saying, “If I’ve managed to capture even a fraction of Madhuri’s effervescence, I’ll be happy.” In fact, the movie also has a wedding sequence which will remind the audience of Didi Tera Devar Diwana song from HAHK. South Indian Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film Rana is still under pre production work. The suspense over the heroines in it has not yet ended. Except Deepika Padukone, none of the lead ladies are finalized.

As per the latest buzz, Asin and Anushka are roped into play the other two heroine roles in it. Official confirmation regarding this is awaited. There are also reports that Madhuri Dixit is approached by director KS Ravikumar for playing Rajini’s sister role and the actress has smoothly rejected.

There will be a total of seven important female characters in Raana say the buzz. KS Ravi Kumar is very busy in getting familiar and popular faces to play these roles.

ASIN REACTION TO FALSE PRESS

Every celebrity has been a victim of bad press and it is considered that the celebrity status and publicity- good or bad, goes hand in hand. But there have been times when the media people let their imagination run wild and come up with false news which hurt the celebrities to no end. Many of them try not to react to such ugly rumors but sometimes things just go out of hand. The latest victims to such circumstances are Asin, Yuvan Shankar Raja and RaNa Daggubati.

The Kerala import Asin scorched the screens in Kollywood a few years ago and is positioned in
Asin one of the top slots. She moved on to make movies in Hindi but she still remains a darling to the Tamil audience. Recently, a tabloid reported that Asin has some steamy scenes alongside Salman Khan for the movie 'Ready' and that she will also be sporting a bikini in that film. Completely miffed by such false news Asin chose to react and clear the air.

She said, “I am amused by these rumors which I noticed on the internet and some people have copied it to their newspapers. I am glad people who know me do not believe in such trash. There are no steamy scenes or kiss in 'Ready'. It is a family entertainer for God's sake! And sorry to disappoint you, the bikini news is someone's fertile imagination and not the truth.”

We all know Asin, the actress but now we bring to you Asin, the cricket fan! Despite being busy with her shooting schedules, the actress rushed to watch the Final World Cup match as soon as she was done with the shoot. Asin confessed that she was hooked to the TV and she praised the Sri Lankan team for performing well. But she said that India totally deserved the cup for it played better and the captain Dhoni's leadership was one of the high points. She said that the spirit among the boys was the best part of it all and lauded Team India for their hardwork, determination, courage and talent. She also went on to thank them for giving everyone a reason to unite in happiness and celebration. Looks like after Cinema, Cricket is her passion!
